We started in a garage by being five people with different skills. Stuck between kindergartens and NYE celebrations (without missing our party hats), our first year was a combination of strategic choices and casual meetings.

We sat in a garage back in 2012 and we wanted to grow quickly, hence we started hunting for unique and special brains, somehow stubborn but hungry for success.
Our philosophy is to dream big and that’s exactly what we did. Our team has 50 members and our aim is to get 120 buzzy brains to work with us.

What happened in
In 2013, we beat Bauli and we hurt Kinder. We got into politics without dissatisfying anyone. What does left-party mean? What does right-party mean? We answered as usual with reverence.
It has been a very intense year, with our first case study presented at Mashable social media day, the meeting between Domingo and Bartolo, our own "family" expanded and colonized a much bigger office, also acquiring Piquadro and the Pasha restaurant into our clients' portfolio.
Our team expanded from 10 to 16. Brainpull grows and creates something special, Pescaria. Our clients' portfolio grew with a very important brand, Divella.
It brought Pablo, Domingo's firstborn and the very first internet provider for selling cherries online.Pescaria became the talk of the day of Facebook and Miscusi fell in love with Brainpull. Our office got busier and busier and we decided to relocate.
We got more clients, Miscusi broke any record and Milan was calling us! We brought our own strategy to Grow, we supported Roboze (startup of the year) and Pescaria ends up being nominated amongst Facebook Earning Call.
We bought Frantolio Muraglia, making it the most famous artisan oil mill in Italy. Miscusi rides successfully like Valkyrie and Milan Retail Food needs Brainpull. Being 35 members in our team and in need of more coffee! Domingo has another baby: welcome Felipe!
What a 2019! We are now 50, Pescaria has 5 restaurants, one in Turin as well, our development department has a Brainiac Salesforce team, Domingo has explained the Egg of Colombo at TEDx and we ended up on Forbes France. Not bad, eh?
It all started with 5 hungry kids who were never going to be satisfied. They aimed high and still continue to do so with only advice: you never win alone.
For this reason, in just a few years, the team has got bigger and we are now 50 hungry members, all different, with the most lively skills and the weirdest personalities, but with that contagious desire for victory that you will not forget.
